Marketing Plan
Water Pointe Realty Group uses a combination of
traditional marketing coupled with state of the art technology
to get proven results.
Week
1
- Inspect home/property – Make suggestions
to improve marketability
- Enter property information in Multiple Listing
Service (MLS)
- Enter property information in Water Pointe Realty
Group’s website
- Place property information on Realtor.com
- Install a yard sign (if applicable)
- Photograph property for marketing purposes and
Visual Tour (if applicable)
- Enter Property infromation, photos and visual
tour into Multiple Listing Service and various other
websites.
- Order aerial photography (if applicable)
- Create an advertising campaign for the property
- Enter home into Water Pointe’s ad rotation
- Contact matches from Buyer Prospect program with
information on the property
Week 2 - 3
- Promote the property at office meeting and schedule
an office tour
- Announce property information to the Realtor Association
- Schedule a Broker’s open house (if applicable)
- Send a direct mailing announcing the property is for
sale
- Create a brochure, flyer and other tools for marketing
efforts
- Design a Visual Tour (if applicable)
Week 4 - 6
- Hold open house(s) for public
- Provide a written report to the Seller describing all
showing activity (including feedback), market activity,
and advertisements
Week 6 – 7
- Review marketing plan with Sellers to analyze the market
activity, showings, feedback and pricing.
- If needed, redirect efforts with a new advertising
campaign
