Seller Marketing Plan
Water Pointe Realty Group uses a combination of traditional marketing coupled with state of the art technology to get proven results.
Week 1
- Stage home – Make suggestions to improve marketability
- Enter property information in Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
- Enter property information in Water Pointe Realty Group’s website
- Place property information as a “Showcase Listing” on Realtor.com, the #1 real estate website
- Place property on WorldProperties.com, interactive website
- Place property on Scripps TCPalm website and/or Palm Beach Post website
- Install a yard sign (if applicable)
- Create an advertising campaign for the property
- Add home into Water Pointe’s ad rotation
- Contact matches from Buyer Prospect program with information on the property
Week 2 – 3
- Order aerial photography (if applicable)
- Announce property information to the Realtor Association weekly marketing meeting
- Schedule a Broker’s open house (if applicable)
- Send a direct mailing announcing the property is for sale
- Create a brochure, flyer and other tools for marketing efforts
- Design a Visual Tour (if applicable)
Week 4 – 6
- Hold open house(s) for public
- Provide a written report to the Seller with detailed marketing efforts
Week 6 – 7
- Review marketing plan with Sellers to analyze the market activity, showings, feedback and pricing.
- Re-evaluate the market, our position and strategies
