Sewall’s Point is a unique peninsula located between the Indian River Lagoon and St. Lucie River, just 40 miles north of West Palm Beach.  At 3 miles long and 1/3 miles wide, it encompasses 766 acres surrounded by water. To the east, is the Indian River Lagoon and Hutchinson Island, and beyond that are glimpses of the blue Atlantic Ocean. To the west lies the beauty and tranquility of the St. Lucie River, and to the south is the St. Lucie Inlet leading to the ocean.

Along Sewall’s Point resides a small quaint community with a population of just under 2,000 and slightly more than 800 homes. A casual drive or stroll offers a peek to a few tucked away private communities.  Drive south along the peninsula to the southern tip of Sewall’s Point to High Point. This luxurious area engulfs the St. Lucie Inlet and offers the serene water views with boats passing by to and from the ocean. Take a short drive over the Stuart Causeway to the mainland to an abundance of restaurants and shopping.  Drive east over the bridge and enjoy plenty of beautiful beaches lining Hutchinson Island.
